FACILITY & EQUIPMENT The Fitness Centre is located upstairs in the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre and includes: cardio and strength equipment, a variety of core and balance accessories and a stretch space. In addition, the Fitness Centre also includes a spin/cycle studio and racquetball/squash courts.

FITNESS CENTRE ORIENTATION 19Y+ Our fitness staff will walk you through the gym/fitness centre, show you how to use the weight training and cardio equipment and offer some recommendations for a workout plan that’s right for you. YOUTH ACCESS ORIENTATION 13Y - 18Y An orientation for youth between the ages of 13Y - 15Y. Parent or guardian must be present. Once complete, youth will receive their Youth Access Pass and are able to use the Fitness Centre. SAMPLER CIRCUIT 16Y+ Drop-in and learn the basics of a total body workout in these circuit conditioning classes. Learn the essentials of group fitness training and show you the proper way to perform a circuit style workout. No registration required. FREE FREE
