YOUTH FUTURES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Age: 12Y - 18Y A leadership development program to help youth develop skills in conflict resolution, organization and planning, communication, time management, and working in a team environment. Youth gain volunteer experience by assisting in after school camps at various elementary schools, Eco-Days, birthday parties, and other community events.
